Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Hillzone Tourism, we understand that travel plans can change. Below are our cancellation and refund policies:
1. Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before the trip: 75% refund of total booking amount.
- Between 15-30 days before the trip: 50% refund.
- Between 7-14 days before the trip: 25% refund.
- Less than 7 days before the trip: No refund.
2. No-Show Policy
- If the traveler does not show up on the scheduled date, no refund will be provided.
- Any unused services due to a no-show will not be refundable.
3. Cancellation by Hillzone Tourism

In case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or other force majeure events), customers will receive:
- A full refund OR
- The option to reschedule the trip for a later date.
- If Hillzone Tourism cancels the trip due to operational reasons, a full refund will be issued.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment.
- Hillzone Tourism is not responsible for transaction delays from banks or payment processors.
